The Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute (CWLI) has historically been making changes in the world of women in the greater Chattanooga area for more than ten years.

While we are a non-profit and non-partisan organization, we have hosted Women Who Run seminars for women interested in learning how to become more active in the political arena. We have also developed a leadership program for mentors and presented Leadership Luncheons as well as an Annual Leadership Address to the Community.
